Women’s Connection is launching our pilot of this training and equipping program, At the Well, in British Columbia in Winter/Spring of 2026. It is designed for those already working in the church (paid or lay leader) or considering vocational ministry.

Working through three modules, our team will address the common challenges that leaders face, including the care of our spiritual lives, understanding the biblical foundations for leading within the church, and leading well out of our identity in Christ.

At the Well is an affordable opportunity that includes personal coaching to explore your God-given calling with like-minded women, both in-person and online.
